ROSS CUSTOM ARMS is owned and operated solely by me, Ryan Ross. The late, great John Gallagher was where it all started for me. He was kind enough to take me under his wing and taught me the principles of being a true craftsman. Alan Harton and Hamilton Bowen have also been of tremendous assistance and I am proud to know them.

How do I place an order?At ROSS CUSTOM ARMS, we make it easy for you to place an order for your custom revolver. There will be complete guns ready for you to choose from on this site. They will be added as I complete them. If there isn't something for you that finished and ready to use, you can either give us a call or send us an email with your specifications and we will get back to you with a quote and estimated completion time. Bear in mind, lead time and pricing will vary. A 50 percent deposit is required to commence the build.
What is the payment and shipping process? Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice with payment details. Shipping is handled by our trusted partners and we will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped What are the secure ordering and payment options? We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously. A personal check, money order or cash still work with me. If that isn't acceptable a credit card via phone. Additionally, the website is equipped with the latest encryption technology and we only accept payments through trusted and secure platforms.
What is your returns and refunds policy?We strive to deliver custom revolvers that meet your specifications and exceed your expectations. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
