This is a Ruger Redhawk that has been converted to a RedConda. The barrel was an original 6 inch 45 Colt Anaconda barrel. I turned it down to 4.5 inches, re threaded it, indexed and milled ejector rod slot. The forcing cone has a concentric 11 degree cut. A steel rear sight was added and a custom TLA style blade was machined and installed. This affords maximum sight radius. It will shoot 325-405 grain Redhawk only loads without sight alteration. The cylinder was rechambered to a proper spec chamber/.4525 throat 45 Colt. A Black Powder chamfer was performed on the cylinder. The chambers were then honed. BC GAP is .003 and no endshake is present. Action job was carried out and included timing, smoothing and lightening trigger pull. Reliable ignition was observed in SA/DA mode.
